Sunday Scaries Review of CBD Tincture, Vegan and Standard Gummies and CBD Caffeine Shot

I recently got the chance to try out several products from Sunday Scaries which is one of the more popular brands of CBD, having been featured by Forbes, Cosmopolitan, and Healthline. Of course, I had to try out their CBD tincture and gummies which are their bestsellers. But I also got curious about the Yolo Shot since I do use energy drinks before working out. Here’s my honest opinion on them.

CBD Tincture

Let’s start with their CBD tinctures since these products are usually a good measure of the quality of a company’s CBD. Sunday Scaries uses broad-spectrum CBD in coconut oil. They also added in vitamins B12 and D3.

Even though it has Stevia in it, the taste is quite neutral. I found it to be flavorless, which is good. It’s is easy to use and you don’t have to eat sugar with it. What I did was take 3-4 drops under my tongue and waited around 20 seconds or more before I swallowed, hoping to absorb some of it under the tongue first. However, I needed a lot more drops before I noticed any effects. The effective CBD dose does vary from one person to another and I think I need extra strength CBD. I had to take around 10-15 drops before I felt a slightly calming effect. You can buy the CBD tincture here.

Sunday Scaries Gummies

Sunday Scaries is also known for its gummies so I tried both their original and vegan options. Like their CBD tinctures, these gummies also contain vitamins B12 and D3. I’ve already tried a number of gummies in the past and I would say that while this doesn’t particularly stand out from the rest, it does have a good balance in taste. It’s not as sweet as the Vegan AF gummies and a bit chewier which I personally like. According to Sunday Scaries, each gummy has 10mg of CBD and you need to take 2-3 to take the edge off. However, I had to take some gummies before I noticed the effects, maybe around 5 or more. You can buy these gummies here

Vegan AF Gummies

The Vegan part isn’t a big seller for me since I’m not vegan. I was just curious if there would be a big difference between this and the original one. I found the Vegan AF to be too sweet for my liking. I also had to take extra ones to notice the effects of CBD, which I don’t like because I felt like I was eating a lot of candy. You can buy the Vegan AF gummies here.

Yolo Shot

I also tried this one out of curiosity since I like energy drinks. It’s always nice to find one that works better than the usual brands on the market. The Yolo Shot has 200mg of caffeine, as well as vitamin B6, B12, taurine, 5-HTP, ginseng, and guarana. I could definitely feel the caffeine in it but it had a slightly calmer effect. I didn’t give me the jitters unlike the 7-hour energy boost or a Red Bull. The serving size is good and it’s not too sweet. Works great before a workout so I ordered a few more. You can buy the Yolo Shot here.

Conclusion

Of all these products, I think I liked Yolo Shot the best. I didn’t care much for the Vegan AF, but that’s just because of personal preference and I’m sure other people would like it. Their gummies were good but it’s easy to get the same thing from other brands. Also, the effective dosage of CBD is different for every person since it is affected by factors such as age and weight. I probably have a higher tolerance to CBD which is why I had to take more.

Overall, Sunday Scaries seem to be more on the expensive side. But it does get cheaper when you subscribe instead of buying just a single product. Their price point is kind of expected considering that they are a popular brand that uses high-quality organic Colorado hemp in their products. They are also GMP Certified, Kosher Certified, ISO 9001 audited, licensed by Farm Products Dealer, and licensed to operate by the CDPHE (Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment). Of course, all of their products are also tested by an independent laboratory. This means you can always be sure that you’re getting safe and high-quality products when shopping on Sunday Scaries.
